The first home constructed at Lomas de Playa Venao nears completion.  The three bedroom home features sweeping 180 degree ocean views of the Bay of Playa Venao and El Morro, a natural stone swimming pool, and rustic hardwood and tile finishes sourced from the Azuero Peninsula.  Lomas de Playa Venao features large ocean view lots with breathtaking views, ample green space for the native flora and fauna to florish, access to Playa Venao and Playita beaches and surf in minutes, and plenty of room to breath, stretch, and relax.  Just a short 20 minute drive to Pedasi, but another step closer to Paradise.

Playa Venao Handcrafted Homes

Construction of the second custom home at Lomas de Playa Venao began in February.  The home is being constructed with a Balsamo hardwood frame using the "Post and Beam" methodology, once common, but almost a lost art in today's modern construction world.  Balsamo is not only a beautiful local hardwood, but it is naturally resistent to rot and insects.  The home will feature 2 bedrooms, indoor/outdoor living, an incredible 180 degree ocean view, infinity pool, and modern amenities.  Each home at Lomas de Playa Venao is unique in the Pedasi and Playa Venao area and is custom designed and built for the lot it occupies to take full advantage of the ocean views and natural surroundings.
